Joe was an exceptional host and we’re incredibly grateful for his kindness and flexibility during what turned into a very challenging time for us. With flooding and road closures trapping us in Clermont, Joe went above and beyond to support us, checking in regularly and doing everything he could to help us feel comfortable and safe. The accommodation itself was lovely, clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed, but it was Joe’s understanding and generosity that truly made our stay special. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough and would absolutely stay again. Thank you again Joe, we won’t forget your kindness.

We stayed the night on our way from Canberra to Townsville, and after two days of travelling this guest house was the perfect place for us to stretch out, rest and recover. The home and gardens are immaculately presented, and there is even an outdoor dining area and a fully fenced swimming pool in the back yard. A short walk around the corner is the Leo Hotel, where the locals were welcoming and the kitchen put on a great feed. Our pets were very happy staying there, and we were grateful to find such luxurious accommodation that permitted us to have our pets indoors with us, as members of our family. We experienced glorious sunset and sunrise views during our stay, which added to the serenity that Clermont provides. Overall a 5/5 stay - highly recommended!

Very happy with our stay at the guest house. Very comfortable bed, quiet street, spacious Queenslander. Nice outdoor areas to enjoy the sun and pool. Our dog had plenty of yard to investigate. Hosts very helpful

A beautiful Gem in Clermont. Would happily come back to stay. The bed was also super comfortable. it was a great space for the dogs to have after a long day in the car. Highly recommend!

Well presented Queenslander, close to pubs to eat at etc. and close to the lagoon for a nice walk, shame it was the middle of winter as the pool looked inviting👍
