If you would like to exchange an item, simply email us to arrange for your exchange item and we’ll put it on hold for you while we wait for your returned order to arrive. Due to the popularity of our range we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size in stock

A Credit note or exchange will be issued for all returns unless faulty. Refunds are offered only in cases of manufacturing faults
All orders are carefully inspected prior to being shipped to our customers. As confident as we are with the quality of our products, we understand that from time to time there maybe a manufacturing fault, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible. Refunds cannot be guaranteed without prior photographic evidence of the fault.
We will refund any charges incurred by the customer when sending items back to LaQuell Fashion House in the case of faulty merchandise. We recommend you safeguard your return shipment and send via registered mail as we can’t take responsibility for any returns that go missing in transit.
- Faulty items must be returned within 21 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
- All original tags must still be attached.
- Any 'Sale' items cannot be returned.
